Responsibilities include processing orders, updating Prisma and MBOX, and coordinating with Shared Services and Financial Operations to reconcile invoices.

Responsibilities

• Review and send media orders to vendors; maintain tracking of client spends.
• Input media schedule data into Prisma & MBOX.
• Prepare and distribute monthly billing reports for digital buys/orders.
• Perform monthly invoice matching in Prisma.
• Collaborate with Shared Services and Financial Operations to reconcile discrepancies.
• Streamline and automate processes across the business.
• Establish professional relationships with Orion staff.
• Assist with ad hoc operations requests.
