Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Provider Field Representative to support healthcare providers across Northern California as part of Medi-Cal. You will travel, conduct visits, train providers, and help resolve billing issues.

You will collaborate with provider associations, internal teams, and clients to improve the provider experience, ensure Medi-Cal compliance, and identify education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in provider relations or related healthcare roles.
• Experience working with healthcare providers and stakeholder groups.
• Experience delivering training in virtual and in-person settings.
• Ability to travel across Northern California.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in Northern California.
• Conduct virtual and onsite provider visits for education and support.
• Develop and deliver provider training through workshops, webinars, and sessions.
• Provide one-on-one billing support and research provider issues.
• Serve as liaison between providers, associations, internal teams, and clients.
• Apply Medi-Cal policies to resolve provider questions and operational issues.
• Identify provider trends and opportunities for education or process improvements.
• Exercise independent judgment within guidelines and escalate as needed.
