Job summary

You will use the nursing process to assess and plan care, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive outcomes. This role requires BSN or progress towards it and certification in BLS with an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• BLS certification and active RN license in the applicable state.
• Telehealth licensing may be required based on client location.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ethical decision-making.
• Documents accurately in the electronic health record.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
