Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and participates in care coordination.
• May float to other units within the service area to meet patient needs.
• Provides age-appropriate care by applying growth and development knowledge.
