Qualifications

• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Maintains safety culture and accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols and procedures.
• Communicates effectively and delegates appropriately within the team.
• Completes required education and maintains certifications.
