Advocate Health in Milwaukee is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across the continuum. You will participate in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, engaging patients and families to apply evidence-based practices.

You will maintain accurate EHR documentation, adhere to safety standards, pursue professional development, and may float to other units as needed. Requires BSN preferred, active RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a nursing education program.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
• Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork with appropriate delegation.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the service area to meet patient care needs.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics for unbiased patient care.
