Job summary

Advocate Health Milwaukee is seeking a registered nurse for the 36-hour night shift (19:00–07:30) at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, Med Surg and Telemetry.

You will use the nursing process to assess patients, plan care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes with patients and families as part of the care team. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, adjusting care plans, ensuring safety, documenting in the EHR, and pursuing professional development and required

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in relevant state(s).

Responsibilities

• Engages in nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and coordinates with the care team.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and uphold safety culture.
• Pursue professional development and maintain required certifications.
• May participate in patient and family education and interprofessional collaboration.
