Harmony Senior Services in Savannah, GA seeks a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities, including medication administration within scope. You will support residents, follow policies, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Formación

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must complete Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations and cart audits.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and communicate resident status to the nursing team.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and assist with meals and activities.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain EMAR/MAR documentation.
• Participate in training and in-services; follow confidentiality policies.
