Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities in a Greensboro community. You will administer prescribed medications within scope, maintain policies, and support residents with move-in transitions and activities.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing, completion of Medication Aide Course, and the ability to communicate effectively. Flexible scheduling and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must complete Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations and cart audits.
• Must attend medication education annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to the position.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate staff.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain the cart as directed.
• Document medication administration in EMAR/MAR and log notes.
• Assist residents with move-in transition and provide emotional support.
• Assist in activity planning and resident engagement.
