MorningStar of Boise is hiring a Med Tech to join our full-time care team on the Tue-Sat 2:15pm-10:30pm shift. You will administer prescribed medications under the Wellness Director and maintain accurate documentation to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer some experience in healthcare, especially in assisted living or memory care.
• Experience administering medications in an assisted living setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and document prescribed medications per physician orders and five rights.
• Order meds to ensure availability, notifying Wellness Director if delayed.
• Document medications in residents' records immediately after administration.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and report to licensed nurses.
• Record vital signs prior to administration when required.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and safety.
• Assist with care plan development with other disciplines.
