• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Must have medication administration experience and good work record.

Responsibilities

• Administer, document, and monitor prescribed medications per physician orders.
• Order medications to ensure timely availability and notify supervisor if delays occur.
• Record vitals and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and safety during care.
• Assist with daily resident care tasks and comfort.
