Cascades of Grants Pass is seeking a Med Tech (Med Aide) to help administer medications and support residents in daily care. You’ll work with families, physicians, and staff to ensure treatment plans are followed and residents thrive.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices for resident care.
• Experience with elderly residents, including dementia.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administer treatments and document medications in MAR; record PRN results and missed meds.
• Respond to calls from family and physicians as directed.
• Enhance residents' quality of life with consistent care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
