Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist residents in support of treatment plans.
• Contribute information for customized service plans.
• Document medications in MAR and record PRN results.
• Respond to calls/concerns from family and physicians.
• Maintain high quality of life for residents and ensure timely care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents’ needs.
• Promote Cascade Living’s mission, values and beliefs.
