Job summary

Creekside is seeking a Med Tech (Med Aide) to administer medications and assist residents under treatment plans. You will communicate concerns with residents, families, physicians and staff to support thriving outcomes.

We look for CNAs or HCA certified staff with dementia care experience, reliable transportation, compassion, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Competitive wages range $20.00-$22.00/hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated nursing practice knowledge applied to resident care.
• Experience with elderly residents, including dementia care.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Compassionate with flexibility to perform varied duties.
• Owner mindset and ability to stay focused amid interruptions.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist residents per treatment plans.
• Chart medications in the MAR and document PRN results.
• Respond to calls/concerns from family and physicians as directed.
• Contribute to quality of life by maintaining high care standards.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.
