Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Med Tech (Med Aide) at Spring Valley to support residents' treatment plans by administering medications and assisting with daily care. You will communicate concerns with residents, families, physicians and staff to ensure wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated nursing practices and methods applied to resident care.
• Experience with elderly residents, including dementia care.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Compassionate individuals with flexibility for various duties.
• Ability to stay focused despite interruptions.
• Effective communication with staff, residents and families.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR; record PRN results and misses.
• Answer and respond to calls/concerns from family and physicians.
• Enhance residents' quality of life through consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
