Juniper is hiring Medication Technicians to support residents in our senior living communities. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential for the 3 pm–11 pm shift and a $0.50 differential for the 11 pm–7 am shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medication Tech Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, calling, dining, and Juniper program participation.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role:

Medication Technicians are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities:

Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.

Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.

Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.

Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.

Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Medication Tech Certification (Required)
