Juniper Communities, an EEO employer, is hiring PRN care aides to provide essential support for residents in our community. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with immediate openings available.

Roles focus on daily living activities, safety, independence, and compassionate resident engagement. Qualifications include a High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year caregiving experience preferred, and a Med Tech Certificate required.

Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Med Tech Certificate (Required)
