Job summary

Juniper Communities in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania is hiring care aides to provide compassionate physical support, help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent, and contribute to a warm, respectful home environment. This is a full-time role with a 3 pm–11 pm shift. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with higher rates for Certified Nursing Assistants who bring proven experience and reliability.

Med Tech Certificate is required. One year of caregiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Med Tech Certificate required.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, dining, and program participation).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
• Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Med Tech Certificate (Required)
