Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care to residents and assist with medications within approved scope. The role includes helping with daily living activities, documenting status, and coordinating with nursing staff in State College, PA.

Candidates must have CNA and Med Tech licenses, High School Diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass 2 medication observations annually.
• Must attend 4 additional hours of medication administration education annually.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily routines.
• Document resident status and medication administration.
• Report incidents and changes to supervising staff.
• Maintain medication cart and complete audits as assigned.
