Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. The role includes medication administration within scope of practice, maintaining policies, and documenting in EMAR/MAR and Daily Log.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, completion of Medication Aide Course, and possessing CNA and Med Tech licenses. Candidates should be organized, communicate well, and be able to work with all staff.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform medication cart audits and maintain the medication cart as directed.
• Document all medication administration in EMAR/MAR and Daily Log.
• Communicate resident status and needs to the HCD and Daily Log.
