Cogir Senior Living in Washington state is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech – CNA/HCA) to administer prescribed medications and assist residents with daily living activities. You will work as part of a caring team dedicated to safety, comfort, and resident well-being.

Candidates must hold a valid CNA or HCA license, have First Aid/CPR, and be committed to compassionate care, with willingness to participate in weekend rotations and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HCA license per state requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Certificates or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medication administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with daily living activities.
• Promote resident engagement and life enrichment participation.
• Foster open communication among residents, families, and staff.
