Cogir USA is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents. You will assist with medication administration and activities of daily living in a supportive, team-based environment to ensure residents’ comfort and safety.

You will work with a caring team, participate in life enrichment activities, and communicate openly with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff. Includes weekend rotation and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license (e.g., CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP) or meet state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders/deliveries with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
