AdviniaCare Naples is seeking a dedicated Med Tech to join our senior living community. You will assist with medication management, everyday personal care, meals, and light housekeeping to keep residents comfortable and safe.

The ideal candidate has CNA or active license, current BLS/CPR, and prior experience with seniors, including dementia care. We foster a supportive team, professional growth, and a meaningful role in residents' well-being.

We are seeking a talented and compassionate individual to assist with medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping for our residents. As a Med Tech, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management, including administering medications and documenting medication administration

• Provide grooming, incontinence care, and personal care assistance to residents

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming residents as needed

• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleanliness tasks

• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Requirements

• Preferred-CNA/Active License

• BLS/CPR Certificate

• TB

• MMR

• Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors

• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care

• High school diploma or equivalency required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous Med Passer experience required
