Job summary

AdviniaCare Naples is seeking a dedicated Med Tech for the night shift to support residents in an assisted living and skilled nursing community in Naples, Florida.

You will assist with daily living activities, medication management, grooming, incontinence care, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safety, comfort, and compassionate care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Preferred: CNA/Active License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• TB
• MMR
• Previous Med Passer experience.
• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing and laundry.
• Provide light housekeeping including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and bedrooms.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and comfort of residents' living spaces.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Previous Med Passer experience required
