Job summary

AdviniaCare in Florida is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to assist residents with daily tasks, including medication management, grooming, and incontinence care, along with light food prep. Qualifications

• Current Med Tech certificate is required.
• BLS/CPR Certificate.
• TB or chest xray
• Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors
• Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Must pass Level 2 background screening
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• A team-oriented individual with a positive attitude that will assist the residents who have difficulties completing basic tasks throughout the day and night.
• Their responsibilities include medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, light housekeeping.
• Following safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents.
• Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents, making a positive impact in their lives and their families.
