Job summary

AdviniaCare Naples is seeking a compassionate Med Tech for the night shift to support residents with daily living activities, medication management, and companionship. Ideal candidates have CNA or active license, BLS/CPR, and experience with Alzheimer's/dementia care. Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, and laundry.
• Provide light housekeeping: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and bedrooms.
• Ensure cleanliness and comfort of residents' living spaces.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Job Summary:

You will also be responsible for light housekeeping and ensuring the overall cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.
