The Clinical Staff Nurse at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is a skilled RN responsible for excellence in nursing and management of patient care.

Reporting to the Manager of Medical-Surgical Telemetry, the role focuses on organizing, planning, coordinating, and providing high-quality, individualized patient/family centered care based on the Watson Model of Care. Responsibilities include SBAR handoffs, comprehensive documentation, discharge planning, and participating in quality

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Associate Diploma or RN/ADN accepted as alternative.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Current California RN license and basic EKG competence.
• Progressive Critical Care Nursing or Medical/Surgical Nursing certifications preferred.

• Performs focused nursing assessments and prioritizes patient needs.
• Maintains patient safety and adheres to infection control and regulatory standards.
