Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensed in New Hampshire.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data and plan and implement care.
• Develop and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Document care provided and patient progress.
• Direct and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care.
• Prepare patients for discharge or procedures/tests.
• Manage time and resources to deliver care.
• Administer medications and provide direct patient care.
• Lead the health care team and mentor new staff.
