HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Charleston, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, following established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.

You will assess patients on admission and each shift, administer medications, monitor responses, and educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care. A valid RN license and BLS are required, with <1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in state of practice.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
