Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts, reporting changes.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record; monitor responses.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
