HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in South Carolina is actively seeking an Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with department standards and nursing practice.

You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, document care thoroughly, educate patients and families, and advocate for safe, effective treatment to achieve positive outcomes in a busy hospital setting.

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the applicable state or has an active compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor effects, and document care in medical records.
• Provide compassionate care by promptly addressing patient requests and needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, side effects, and follow-up care; translate medical terms as needed.
