Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure (Registered Nurse) required.
• Registered Nurse Diploma required.
• No travel required for this role.
• No experience required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about condition, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about follow-up measures and lifestyle changes for self-management.
• Manages evidence-based practices to meet quality measures and enhance care.
• Coordinates and delivers a holistic patient treatment plan with a multidisciplinary team.
