Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Moncks Corner, SC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards. You will collaborate with the care team and physicians to deliver compassionate care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.

You will assess patients on admission and during shifts, administer medications as prescribed, document care, educate patients and families, and strive to meet organizational values and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in state of practice (or compact).
• BLS required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and document in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
