Atrium Health Lincoln Med/Surg Unit in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a 30-bed unit serving diverse patient populations. The RN will collaborate with hospitalists and care teams to manage care plans, documentation, and outcomes across pediatrics, palliative care, and orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services; multi-state compact eligibility preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other certifications may be required by specialty.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
