Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Med Surg 2E unit in Lincolnton, NC. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 7a-7p schedule and some weekend requirements.

You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should hold an RN license and have 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license valid in the state(s) where practicing.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience typically required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based care improvements.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
