Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln in Lincolnton, NC, is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for the Day Shift (7a-7p) in Med Surg 2E. This 36-hour week role offers a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour with benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, participating in quality initiatives, patient care, documentation, and strong teamwork to ensure safe, effective care. Requires RN license, BLS, and about 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a nursing education program.
• BLS certification is required.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed within the service area.
