Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for the Atrium Lincoln Med Surg Unit in Lincolnton, NC. The RN will coordinate patient care, perform assessments, and administer interventions as part of a 30-bed unit serving diverse patient needs.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and BLS certification. A sign-on bonus may be available for eligible applicants joining this team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice to create a safe, positive patient environment and effective care across the continuum.
