Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program and active RN license.
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire date.
• Alabama RN licensure required at time of hire.

• Acts as primary coordinator of multidisciplinary patient care.
• Assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
