Qualifications

• RN license Illinois required (IDFPR).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessment and develops an appropriate care plan.
• Maintains accurate documentation to support patient care and handoffs.
• Administers medications using the 5 Rights: patient, drug, dose, route, time.
• Ensures patient safety through fall precautions, isolation, and mobility support.
