The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Illinois, a current BLS certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience, with strong assessment and prioritization skills to support safe patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license (IDFPR) required.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• College Diploma in Nursing completed.
• RN with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs bedside RN care and initial assessments with care planning.
• Documents care and ensures physician orders are completed.
• Administers medications using the 5 Rights and ensures safety.
• Communicates with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Promotes mobility, safety, and family education on the unit.
