Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current Illinois license per IDFPR
• BLS certification within 30 days - American Heart Association
• Education: College Diploma Nursing
• Work Experience: RN >1yr

Responsibilities

• Performs unit-specific nursing duties and documents care accurately.
• Develops and updates care plans based on patient needs and unit standards.
• Communicates with the care team to ensure patient safety and timely interventions.
• Administers medications following the 5 Rights and physician orders.
• Conducts initial patient assessments and ongoing monitoring during shifts.
• Ensures patient safety, fall precautions, and proper isolation precautions.
