This role emphasizes nursing leadership, scheduling support, and partnership with management to implement policies and drive exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's degree to be completed within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
