HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Summerville, SC seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team. You will utilize established nursing models to Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage, advocating for patients and families while contributing to the organization’s vision.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care, leveraging technology and staffing support designed to deliver

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 90 days of start date.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of start date.
• RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
• Associate Degree required.
• No travel required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Performs procedures and monitoring as ordered by providers and documents the care in the medical record.
• Teaches patients and families about condition, status, treatment plan, medications and follow-up.
• Educates on non-medicinal follow-up measures, diet, exercise and self-management.
• Manages evidence-based practices and contributes to quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver a holistic care plan.
