Aurora West Allis Medical Center in Wisconsin is seeking an RN for Med/Surg Oncology on dayshift. You will join a 34-bed unit delivering medical, surgical, and oncology care with opportunities to earn Med/Surg and Chemotherapy certifications. Self-scheduling with 12-hour shifts and weekend/holiday rotation supports a balanced schedule.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• New RN's and Experienced RN's welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Build foundational skills through Nurse Residency and Preceptor orientation.
• Develop time management, triage, and communication skills.
• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Provide continuity of care on 12-hour shifts and team support.
• Contribute to high-quality, compassionate healthcare for diverse patients.
