Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational skills through Nurse Residency and preceptor-directed orientation.
• Develop time management, triage, pharmacology, and patient assessment skills.
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Provide continuity of care on 12-hour shifts with patient-centered focus.
• Contribute to a supportive, resilient nursing team.
