Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- New RN's and Experienced RN's WELCOME!
Responsibilities
- Nurse Residency and preceptor-guided orientation.
- Develop time management, triage, communication, pharmacology, and lab/pathophysiology skills with med/surg patients.
- Coordinate care using the nursing process to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
- Provide continuity of care through 12-hour shifts and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to high-quality, compassionate care for diverse patient populations.
