Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• New RNs and Experienced RNs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational skills through Nurse Residency and preceptor-directed orientation.
• Develop time management, triage, communication, pharmacology, lab interpretation, and pathophysiology skills across med/surg patients.
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Provide continuity of care through 12-hour shifts and patient-centered, team-based support.
• Deliver compassionate care to diverse patient populations in a high-acuity unit.
