Advocate Health Care | 6 South Med/Surg/Oncology at Aurora West Allis Medical Center in West Allis, WI, is seeking Registered Nurses for a full-time night shift program. The 34-bed unit cares for a range of conditions including pneumonia, COPD, pancreatitis, renal issues, post-op and oncology.

New grads welcome with nurse residency and preceptor support. Shifts are 12 hours, nights from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with 50% holiday rotation and one weekend off per quarter.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsabilidades

• Build foundational skills through Nurse Residency and orientation.
• Develop time management and triage skills across med/surg patients.
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Provide continuity of care through 12-hour shifts and team-based support.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
