Qualifications

• 3 years acute care nursing experience preferred, with 2 years progressive management experience.
• ACLS, PALS, and Basic Dysrhythmia certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of daily operations for productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate staffing for optimal unit efficiency and patient care.
• Create, interpret, and champion hospital policies and procedures.
