Job summary

Grand Peaks in Idaho Falls is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team and collaborate with providers and clinic leadership. This leadership role oversees daily operations, staffing, patient care coordination, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has Idaho RN or LPN licensure, CPR certification, at least 3 years of nursing experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and support nursing and medical assisting staff.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and delegate daily tasks with the clinical team to manage patient care needs and workflow demands.
• Provide clinical guidance and support with patient assessment, complex situations, and care coordination.
• Support staff training, education, performance feedback, evaluations, and professional development.
• Promote high standards of patient care, safety, service, and clinical quality.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, FQHC, PCMH, NCQA, state, and organizational requirements.
• Monitor clinical documentation, quality measures, chart completion, and required reporting.
• Oversee clinical processes, equipment, medication management, and implementation of clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with providers, clinic leadership, and other Nurse Managers to resolve problems, improve workflows, and share best practices.
